Welcome to Project Kriah

Rabbi Mordechai (Moti) Rosenberg started Project Kriah as a part of the Kesher Special Education Program in which he has been employed for over 20 years. Rabbi Rosenberg has a Masters Degree in Special Education from Johns Hopkins University, as well as a Masters of Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College. He has been specializing in the field of Hebrew reading diagnosis and remediation for over 25 years. His landmark program, Kriah by the Clock, has helped dozens of students throughout the United States and Canada to improve their Hebrew reading accuracy and fluency.
